Tell us about being the Training Manager at Perfect Pitch

My role as Training Manager involves providing our staff and clients with workshops on telemarketing, presentation and networking skills. We run courses that combine business skills and drama techniques. We coach on key aspects ranging from how to introduce your company effectively and convert leads to clients, through to correct posture, breathing methods, confidence building and mindfulness.
