We want our team to be well-informed about of your services and to be able to field questions, to have an engaging conversation with the IFA, and to promote your offering. However, we are aware that we are limited to what we can say on the phone, particularly due to FSA compliance regulations.
Rather than being a problem, this serves to your advantage. We wouldn’t want to talk out of turn or to make commitments on your behalf that were inappropriate. Our job is to generate you the leads, beyond this, closing the deal is best done by you. Therefore, we are comfortable working within these parameters, the same way we do for many other telemarketing campaigns for our clients.
In addition, before calling commences, all clients sign a Data Processor Agreement form, in line GDPR stipulations.
